TN SDAT – Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu invites applications for recruitment of 13 High Performance Manager, Assistant Coach, Young Professional, Physiotherapist, Masseur, Strength & Conditioning Expert, Psychologist, Nutritionist  Posts.  Before applying for the recruitment, candidates must carefully read the notification and ensure their eligibility

Vacancy:

Qualification :

 High Performance Manager – Master Sports (MSI/PHD/MBA) with at least 10 years of Research Experience OR Eminent players having represented India in Senior Category with at least 5 years of sports management / Research. Experience OR Eminent coach having trained Indian players with Minimum Ten years of Research / sports management.

Assistant Coach – Diploma in Coaching from SAI/NS NIS or from any other recognized Indian or Foreign University Should have represented India in the Olympics, / International Participation. OR Dronacharya Awardee

Young Professional – Master’s degree or equivalent qualification / Bachelor’s degree with a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management or equivalent from a recognized university, with a minimum of 50% marks OR Graduate with at least three years of work experience. OR Candidates who have represented India at international level and hold a Bachelor’s degree or candidates with MBA or Post Graduation in Sports Management would be preferred.

Physiotherapist – Master’s in Physiotherapy from any recognized Indian or foreign university, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Physiotherapist.

Masseur – Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with a certificate course / skill development program for Masseur / Masseuse / Massage Therapy / Sports Masseur / Masseuse from a recognized institution. Minimum Two years of work experience as a Masseuse/ Masseur.

Strength & Conditioning Expert – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science/Sports Science/Sports Coaching OR Any Graduation with an ASCA Level-1 or above/ Diploma in fitness training/ CSCS/ UK SCA accredited coach/ Certificate course in Fitness Training from Govt Institution.

Psychologist – Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology /Clinical Psychology / Child Development / Developmental from a recognized Indian or Foreign University

Nutritionist – M.Sc. in Nutrition from any recognized Indian or foreign university. Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 1 year of work experience with sports academies or institutions.

Language: Should be able to speak and understand Tamil.

The contractual engagement will be for a period of four years (Three Years for Physiotherapist Grade-ll, based on satisfactory performance, periodic 2 reviews and result oriented, etc., and at all times coterminous with the Khelo India Scheme.

Age Limit:

High Performance Manager – Below 65 years

Assistant Coach – Below 40 years

 Young Professional – Below 32 years

Physiotherapist – Below 45 years

Physiotherapist – Below 45 years

Strength & Conditioning Expert – Below 45 years

 Psychologist – Below 35 years

Nutritionist – Below 40 years
