CHENNAI METROPOLITAN WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE BOARD (CMWSSB) Invites Online applications for the recruitment of Graduate Apprentices:- (Engineering / Technology),Technician (Diploma) Apprentices Posts. Before applying for the recruitment, candidates must carefully read the notification and ensure their eligibility.

Qualification :
- Category – I Graduate Apprentices:-
A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline.
- A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline.
- Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
- Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:-
- A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology(Full time) granted by a University in relevant
- A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Age limit:
Age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.
Selection Process:
Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR) is interested with the task of preparation of shortlist from the online application data. Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification as applicable to the respective disciplines. Shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through their registered Email id. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for Certificate Verification at CMWSSB, Chennai.

For students who have already enrolled inthe old National Web Portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) and having login details |
Category ‘B’ –
For students who have already enrolled in the new National Web Portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) and having login details |
| Step 1:
a. Type the URL https://nats.education.gov.in b. Click Student c. Click Student login d. Click Forgot Password e. Enter Registered email id to get activation link & Reset password. Step 2: a. Student login b. Enter registered email id & new password c. Complete application form d. A unique Enrollment number (12 digit) for each student will be generated. | Please Note: [Upload the B.E / B.Tech/ Diploma Provisional Certificate (or) Consolidated Mark Sheet] Percentage of marks in the Graduate / Diploma/ Non Engg. Graduate Examination is mandatory. Hence candidates are advised to compulsorily enter percentage of marks in the column “% of marks / CGPAx10” in the NATS portal. If % of marks is not furnished candidature will not be considered. |
