Faculty

Shall be a Graduate / Posf Groduote viz. MSW/MA in Rural Development / MA in Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc. (Veterinory),B.Sc.(Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc.(Agri. Morketing)/ B,A. with B.Ed. etc.
* Shall have a f flair for teaching and possess sound Computer
Knowledge
* Excellent communicotion skills in the locol longuage essential,fluency in English ond Hindi will be an added advantage
* Skills in Typing in Locol Language essential.
* Typing skills in Hindi / Englishtyping,on odded advantage
* Previous experience as Faculty preferred

Office Assistant

ShalI be a Graduate viz. BSW / B A / B.Com. / with computer knowledge
Knowledge in Basic Accounting is preferred Qualification
Shall be fluent in spoken and written local language.
Fluency in Hindi / English would be on odded Qualification Shall be proficient in MS Office ( Word and Excel ), Tally &Internet Skills in typing in local language is essential, Typing skills in English on added advantage

Shall be Matriculate
Ability to Read and Write the Local Language preferred

Other Terms and Conditions:

The selected candidote will 6e engoged on contractual basis for period of three years subject to annual review and renewal of contract once in o year. Such engagement shall come to on end after expiry period of contract. During this period , his/her services may be terminated of any time of Trust’s discretion, if his/her work and conduct ore not found satisfactory or for ony other reosons whotsoever. ft is, however, to be clearly understood that decision of the Trust about his/her work and conduct being sotisfoctary or otherwise or in terminating his/her services for any reoson whotsoever sholl be final and binding upon him/her.
If there is ony disciplinary action taken ogoinst ony condidqte in his/her earlier orgonizotion,the decision of the AAonogement of Trust / Society / RSETT regardingthe selection of the said condidate, shall be final and binding.

5. The INDSETI reserves the rights to reject incomplete / ineligible applications.

6. SelectionProcess

Written Test to assess General Knowledge and Computer Copability Personal Interview to assess communicotion ability, Leadership qualities, attitude,problem solving obility ond obility to get olong with the troinees, developmental approach.Demonstrotion / Presentation to assess teaching skills ond communications Copability
7. Selected / emponelled condidates shall be placed in the waiting list for future absorption, if required.
8. Validity of the emponelled condidates shall be for a period of one year.
9. The duties and responsibilities of the Faculty/Office Assistant/Attender shall be as entrusted by the Director, INDSETI.
10. The condidate so engaged shall during his/her period of engagement involve himself / herself directly or indirectly in ony other business or employment while engaged by INDSETf and shall devotetine and best skills and efforts in the service of the INDSETI.

11. The condidate shall do qny duty entrusted to him and toke precaution s to safeguard the TNDSETT’s good will / interest / property against negligence, mishandling or non performance during the course of his / her duties or otherwise.
12.The selected condidate will be required to join immediately of the institute, in ony case not later thon 15 days from the date of receiving the offer letter.
13. The selected condidote will be required to submit o medical fitness report signed by a district level medical officer, prior to joining to confirm his / her current stote of heolth.
14,If the candidate desires to withdrow his engagement os Faculty / Office Assistant /Atlender,he / she shall give one-month notice to the INDSETI of his intention to do so
15. Any misconduct will be deolt with disciplinory proceedings ond suitqble punishment including terminotion will be under token by the Trust.
16, The condidate shall all times observe the secrecy about cny informotion coming to his knowledge during the period of his / her engagement and sholl not toke any papers, books,documents, computer software materials or any other property of the INDSETI out of the work place / premises nor shall he/she is any way at time disclose, divulge to anybody or make public any information of the INDSETI. He / She shall be responsible for ond shall take core of all books, compufer software materials, documents or any other property / properties of the TNDSETT generaily and specificolly entrusted to him / her.
17.If it is found thot the candidate at the time of his engagement os faculty thereafter given false information regarding name, age, percentage of marks, Qualifications, previous experience, state of health or any other personal informotion knowing it to be false,or knowingly suppressed any such information , his / her contract in the INDSETT will stand disengaged forthwith.
18. There will be No commitment / obligotion / liability for the Bonk to obsorb such candidates who are selected on contract for ony job in the Bank ot ony time.The candidate has to adhere to ony other terms ond conditions stipuloted by the Trust from time to time.The selection / renewal of contract is based on the guidelines / norms os per HR policy adopted by IBTRD.

மருத்துவ தரநிலை (அனைத்து பதவிகளுக்கும்):

மருத்துவப் பரீட்சை: தாள்-II இல் தகுதிபெறும் அனைத்து விண்ணப்பதாரர்களும் CAPF களின் மருத்துவ அதிகாரி அல்லது மத்திய/மாநில அரசாங்கத்தின் கிரேடு-I ஐச் சேர்ந்த வேறு ஏதேனும் மருத்துவ அலுவலர் அல்லது உதவி அறுவை சிகிச்சை நிபுணரால் மருத்துவப் பரிசோதனை செய்யப்படுவார்கள். மருத்துவமனை அல்லது மருந்தகம். விரிவான மருத்துவப் பரீட்சையின் போது (DME) தகுதியற்றவர்கள் எனக் கண்டறியப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பதாரர்களின் மறுபரிசீலனை மருத்துவப் பரிசோதனை (RME) DMEயின் அடுத்த நாளில் DME-யின் தொடர்ச்சியாக நடத்தப்படும். மறு-மருத்துவ வாரியம்/மருத்துவ வாரியத்தின் முடிவு இறுதியானது மற்றும் மறு மருத்துவ வாரியம்/மருத்துவ வாரியத்தின் முடிவை எதிர்த்து மேல்முறையீடு/பிரதிநிதித்துவம் எதுவும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படாது.
கண் பார்வை:
குறைந்தபட்ச அருகில் பார்வை N6 (சிறந்த கண்) மற்றும் N9 (மோசமான கண்) இருக்க வேண்டும். பார்வைக் கூர்மையை மேம்படுத்த கண்ணாடி அணிவது அல்லது அறுவை சிகிச்சை போன்ற எந்தத் திருத்தமும் இல்லாமல் இரு கண்களிலும் குறைந்தபட்ச தொலைநோக்கு பார்வை 6/6 (சிறந்த கண்) மற்றும் 6/9 (மோசமான கண்) இருக்க வேண்டும். வலது கை நபருக்கு, வலது கண் சிறந்த கண் மற்றும் நேர்மாறாகவும் இருக்கும்.
விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு முழங்கால் முட்டி, தட்டையான பாதம், வீங்கி பருத்து வலிக்கிற நரம்பு அல்லது கண்களில் சுருக்கம் இருக்கக்கூடாது மேலும் அவர்கள் அதிக நிற பார்வை பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
அவர்கள் நல்ல மன மற்றும் உடல் ஆரோக்கியத்துடன் இருக்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் கடமைகளின் திறமையான செயல்பாட்டில் குறுக்கிடக்கூடிய எந்தவொரு உடல் குறைபாடுகளும் இல்லாமல் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
